Our Mission

Our mission is to be your human capital safety partner at work, home and play. We strongly believe that employees are the most important asset and the preservation of employee workplace safety and health must remain a constant consideration in every phase of business. A company must provide the resources necessary to manage, control, or eliminate all occupational safety and health hazards.

Our Beginning

Eagle Safety Management was founded in 2012 as a human resources and safety training company with a niche focus on selling safety supplies and equipment out of a mobile store in order to support the needs of local and surrounding area oil and gas industry customers. The three partners recognized the demand for an outside occupational safety and human resources consulting firm that specialized in providing exceptional onsite human resource and safety training.

MEET OUR EAGLES

Tommy Anthony

Chief Operations Officer

Tommy, a proud Cooper grad from Abilene, TX, embarked on his professional journey in 2002 by joining the U.S. Navy as a machinist mate. During his 12 years of active duty, he honed his skills in project management, maintenance and repair, health and safety, and leadership, while serving on nuclear-powered submarines and mentoring junior and senior Sailors.

After transitioning to civilian life in 2014, Tommy assumed the role of facilities manager at a preeminent mixed-use facility in Honolulu, where he spearheaded safety initiatives and oversaw major mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects. He then moved to Chicago to work as an operations and maintenance manager at one of the largest biosolids recycling facilities in North America, where he led the development and implementation of various environmental, health, and safety programs.

In 2019, Tommy relocated to San Angelo and joined Eagle Safety Management, where he continues to make a positive impact as a genuine and wise leader. He is committed to empowering his team and encouraging them to surpass their own perceived potential and exceed organizational requirements, always with a focus on safety and excellence.

Seth Chomout

Chief Technology Officer

Seth Chomout is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Eagle Safety Management, where he leverages his expertise in UI/UX design and technology consulting to drive innovation and success for the organization and its clients. With a proven track record in developing responsive interfaces, designing intuitive user flows, building prototypes, and ensuring a seamless user experience across various devices and platforms, Seth’s technical expertise is critical to the success of the organization.

As CTO, Seth leads the organization’s technical strategy and oversees all aspects of technology development and implementation. He brings his experience in technology consulting to help Eagle Safety Management deliver cutting-edge solutions to their clients. Seth’s innovative thinking and technical expertise are essential in driving the organization forward and helping it stay ahead of the curve.

Tiffanie Black

Sales and Account Manager

Tiffanie Black is a driven and results-oriented sales and account manager at Eagle Safety Management. Hailing from Abilene, TX, Tiffanie began her career in the private sector, specializing in office administration and team management. She has a keen eye for detail and a passion for streamlining processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

In 2021, Tiffanie joined Eagle Safety Management as a Sales and Account Manager. Her exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously have made her an integral part of the team. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, including managing the administrative team and providing support to the CTO.

Tiffanie is committed to excellence and constantly seeks ways to improve processes and procedures. Her attention to detail and problem-solving skills have proven invaluable in ensuring that the organization runs smoothly and efficiently. She is passionate about her work and always strives to deliver the best results for the team and the clients.

Simon Henrickson

Safety Tecnician I

Simon is a highly motivated Safety Technician at Eagle Safety Management with a passion for developing and delivering impactful training programs, safety audits, and inspections. He brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge gained through his years in the industry.

Simon graduated from Angelo State University in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Agri Business and began his career in the car wash and lube business, where he gained practical experience in business management and leadership. After a few years, he transitioned to the oil and gas industry, starting with work on vapor recovery units, and eventually moving to flow measurement. Throughout his time in the industry, Simon developed a deep appreciation for the importance of sustainability and responsible practices.

Recently, he decided to transition into the world of safety. Safety is of paramount importance in any industry, but particularly in the oil and gas industry, where there are many potential hazards and risks. His goal is to use the skills and experience to help ensure that all workers in the industry can operate safely and efficiently, without sacrificing the environment or their personal safety.

His diverse experiences in both the car wash and lube business and the oil and gas industry have taught the importance of effective communication, attention to detail, and efficient operations. He believes that these skills will translate well into his new role in safety, where he will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the industry and the people who work in it.
